Pawan Kalyan Reveals Why Horror Movies Help Him Relax and Sleep :
The Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Tollywood actor has recently revealed a strange way of unwinding after a busy schedule Actor-politician said being able to watch horror films help him clear his head and maintain sanity. Pawan Kalyan spoke about his interest in horror films, and opened up during an interaction with ANI. Horror movies are engaging enough for him that there is no way his brain would be meandering off into things he shouldn't think about.
Speaking of his choice, he said horror films absorb him and allow him to detox from the stress of everyday life. He added that when he has trouble sleeping, a horror movie often gets his thoughts in check and leads to soothing. Pawan Kalyan alluded to what he appreciates in cinema – writing with substance, Good narratives take precedence over regional comparisons and according to him, no comparison of Hindi cinema with south Indian films was warranted. Out of the recent watches, Pawan Kalyan noted Baramulla, directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale. Starring Manav Kaul and Bhasha Sumbli in lead roles. He called the film "daring" and said its storytelling style was a deviation from traditional narrative form.
This isn't even the first time that the actor has professed his admiration for horror movies. In past interviews, he allegedly noted that fictional demons wreaked upon the screen are much less taxing than real-life hassles outside of it, revealing the long-standing bloodlust in him for the genre. Workwise, Pawan Kalyan is currently seen in Ustaad Bhagat Singh, helmed by Harish Shankar. The film also starred Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, Gautami and others in key roles. The action drama released in theaters on March 19 and opened alongside Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar.
