As per reports, actor Vijay Deverakonda might team up with famed filmmaker Vikram K Kumar for an exciting new project! Already, the possible collaboration is stirring excitement among cinema fans who follow the director's unpredictable nature to tell ambitious and different stories. Vikram K Kumar was recently directing the web series Dhootha for Amazon Prime Video. His last movie released in theatres was Thank You, which did not perform as well as anticipated in view of high current expectations at the box-office.

As per reports, a major Bollywood production house is keen to produce the Vijay Deverakonda–Vikram K Kumar project. No official announcement has been made, but sources suggest that talks are moving along quite well. This film is said to be a brand new and original idea which Vikram K Kumar is known for as well. The director is known for his successful ventures in films like Manam and 24. Notably, 24 was not only lauded for its quirky story line and universal aspects but also made Vikram one of the most imaginative writers in the industry.

Fans have this opinion that if the filmmaker crafts a subject which is equally creative for Vijay Deverakonda, then it would be a whole box office hit together. The star is now hoping to stage a strong comeback after the series of films, which at best met with lukewarm response as box office. Currently, Vijay Deverakonda is shooting for various films like Rowdy Janardhana and Ranabaali. He has another film on the cards with Shouryuv. If things go as expected, we would see the combination of Vijay Deverakonda and Vikram K Kumar begin production by the end of this year, possibly one of the biggest Telugu film announcement to come in the next 3 - 4 months.
